起落架作动筒加载磨合综合试验台设计

摘要 为使新制的起落架作动筒各配合副表面状态和机械物理性能达到适合于长时期工作的状态,研制了这台起落架作动筒加载磨合综合试验台。该试验台采用立式加载结构,通过PLC控制比例方向阀和比例溢流阀,完成加载力、磨合速度、磨合行程的调节,模拟作动筒的运动工况参数,满足5种不同行程、不同加载力的作动筒的加载磨合及密封测试的需求。 In order to make the surface state and mechanical and physical properties of each pair of new landing gear actuator suitable for longterm operation,we have developed a comprehensive test bench for loading and running-in of landing gear actuator. The vertical loading structure is adopted in the test-bed. The proportional direction valve and proportional relief valve are controlled by PLC to adjust the loading force,running-in speed and running-in distance,simulate the operating parameters of the actuator,and meet the requirements of loading,running-in and sealing test of five actuator cylinders with different travel and loading force.
