Design of Control System for a Multifunctional Automatic Sorting Device

为了提高分拣过程中的准确性、持续性和多条件性,降低误差率、人工成本和劳动强度,实现无人化分拣。该研究设计了一款集扫码分拣、重量分拣、材质分拣、高度分拣等为一体的多功能分拣装置。重点介绍了扫码+材质+高度组合功能分拣装置的工作原理、流程、控制系统设计,通过样机调试,验证了设计功能的实现。

In order to improve the accuracy,continuity and multi-conditions in the sorting process,reduce the error rate,labor cost and labor intensity,and achieve unmanned sorting. In this study,a multifunctional sorting device is designed,which integrates scanning code sorting,weight sorting,material sorting,height sorting and so on. The working principle,flow chart and control system design of the sorting device with scanning code + material + high combination function are introduced emphatically. the realization of the design function is verified by prototype debugging.
