摘要
快卸连接装置是为蓄压器的充气、补气和放气而特别研制的,该文通过计算、仿真分析快卸连接装置的充放气性能。分析了活门组件阀口位移和阀杆钢球出口位移对快卸连接装置充放气性能的影响,为进一步优化快卸连接装置的结构参数,提高其动态性能提供了设计依据。
The quick release connector is specially developed for the charging,replenishing and discharging of the accumulator. This paper analyzes the charging and exhausting capacity of the quick release connector by the theoretical calculation method and simulation. The influence of valve port displacement of valve assembly and the outlet displacement of the valve rod steel ball on the charging and discharging performance of quick release connector are analyzed,which provides the design basis for further optimizing the structural parameters of quick release connector and improving its dynamic performance.
