摘要
双馈风力发电机组发电机轴承电腐蚀失效故障频发,但缺乏有效解决方法。对共模电流产生的机理进行深入分析,根据该风场转子侧共模电流测试和频谱分析,定位了引起该风场共模电流偏大的主因。结合现场实际情况,提出了一种在转子侧加装新型纳米晶共轭磁环的方法,对转子侧共模电流进行抑制。最后通过现场试验验证了所提方法的有效性。
Electric corrosion failure of bearing in doubly fed wind turbine is frequent however,lack of effective solution at present.In this paper,the mechanism of common mode current is analyzed.Based on the measurement and spectrum analysis of the common mode current on the rotor side of the generator,the main cause of the large common mode current is identified.Based on the actual situation in the field,the method of adding a new type of nanocrystalline conjugate magnetic ring on the rotor side was proposed to suppress the common mode current.Finally,the effectiveness of the method is verified by field test.
