摘要
本文中笔者对GB1094.3-2017和GB1094.3-2003两个标准进行了对比梳理,找出二者差异,为后期试验提供相关工作建议。
The two standards of GB1094.3-2017 and GB1094.3-2003 are compared by the authors in this paper. The differences between the two standards are found out.Some suggestions for tests are presented.
