长三角地区农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准比较研究

A comparative study on the discharge standards of water pollutants for rural domestic sewage treatment facilities in the Yangtze River Delta region

随着全国各地农村人居环境整治工作的推进,农村生活污水处理设施的覆盖率稳步提升,各地区根据当地农村的生活污水水质现状、经济基础、管理水平,制定了符合各地区实际情况的农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准。从适用范围、分级情况、控制指标、标准限值4方面,对长三角地区(江浙沪皖)已经发布实施的农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准进行比较研究,为因地制定各地农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准提供经验参考。

With the promotion of the inhabited environment improvement in rural areas of China,the coverage of rural sewage treatment facilities has been steadily improved.According to the current situation of local rural sewage water quality,economic basis,management level,the discharge standards of water pollutants for rural sewage treatment facilities in each region were put forward.By comparing the discharge standards of water pollutants for rural sewage treatment facilities in the Yangtze River Delta region(Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai and Anhui),this paper analyzed the similarities between the standards from four aspects of the scope of application,grading,control indicators and standard limits,to provide empirical reference for the formulation of water pollutant discharge standards for rural sewage treatment facilities in various regions.
