贫困村思想政治工作现状与对策研究——以青龙满族自治县陈台子村为例

The Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Work in the Poverty-stricken Villages——Taking Chentaizi Village,Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County as the Example

在论述贫困村思想政治工作的基础上,结合河北科技师范学院驻村脱贫工作队的实践经验,发现贫困村思想政治工作存在“对重要性认识不足,贫困户思想观念落后”“受治理因素影响大,方法和手段落后”等问题。提出了“两校一带”的思想政治工作方法。

On the basis of ideological and political work of poverty-stricken villages,and combined with the practical experience of the poverty relief residential team from Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology,problems such as“lack of understanding of the significance,backward ideological concepts of poor villagers”,and“impacted by the governed factors,improper methods and means”are discovered,and the the methods of ideological and political work of the“party branch school of the village,school for the farmers,and leaders of becoming rich”are put forward.
