我国养老基金法律监管存在的问题及对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures to the Legal Supervision on Pension Funds in China

人口老龄化已是我国社会面临的常态形势,随着我国养老保险制度的实施,养老保险基金已经积累到了一定的规模,超额养老支出的需求要求我国必须在养老基金的投资管理上实行有效的监管,以达成养老基金保值增值的管理目标。从法律监管这一角度出发,着重阐述我国当前现有的法律制度在养老基金监管中存在的问题,并提出完善的对策建议。

Population aging is a normal situation faced by our society.With the implementation of China’s pension insurance system,pension insurance funds have accumulated to a certain scale.The demand for excessive pension expenditure requires our society to take the effective supervision on the investment management of pension funds to achieve the goal of maintaining and increasing the value of pension funds.From the perspective of legal supervision,this article focuses on the problems existing in the current legal system in the supervision of pension funds in China,and puts forward targeted approaches and suggestions to improve the problem.
