摘要 为了提高采油射孔培训效率,增强工人培训兴趣,解决现有射孔工序操作培训目标不清晰、培训方式单一等弊端问题。根据目标导向的层次目标特点,开发了基于目标导向的射孔培训考试系统。根据不同阶段的不同目标,制定不同的实现方法。系统经现场试用,效果显著,实现了目标设定合理、考试结果反馈及时以及培训效果突出等优点,极大地提高了工人的培训效率。 In order to improve the efficiency of oil production perforation training and enhance the training interest of workers, the problems of unclear training objectives and single training methods in existing perforation process operation are solved. According to the characteristics of goal-oriented hierarchical goals, this paper develops a goal-oriented perforation training examination system. According to the different goals of different stages, different realization methods are formulated. The system has been tested on the spot and achieved remarkable results. It has realized the advantages of reasonable goal setting, timely feedback of examination results, and outstanding training effect. It has greatly improved the training efficiency of workers.
