摘要 为了实现配电通信网管理优化,提高配电通信网的运维管理能力,提出基于扁平化管理模式的配电通信网管理及运维模式。综合分析不同应用场景和组网方式下配电通信网在资源规划和优化、业务开通、业务保障、客户服务等方面的管理需求,构建配电通信网管理及运维模式的大数据信息分析模型,采用统计特征分析方法,进行配电通信网管理及运维模式分析。在适应扁平化管理模式下,实现配电通信网融合多数据源融合和通信组网设计,实现扁平化管理模式下的配电通信网管理及运维模式优化。仿真结果表明,采用该方法进行配电通信网管理及运维模式构造,提高了配电通信网的智能监视、故障分析与可视化定位的融合管理能力,提升了管理效率。 In order to realize the management optimization of distribution communication network and improve the operation-maintenance management ability of distribution communication network, the management and operation-maintenance mode of distribution communication network based on flattened management mode is proposed. This paper comprehensively analyzes the management requirements of distribution communication network in resource planning and optimization, service opening, service support, customer service and the management and operation-maintenance scheduling models of distribution communication network under different application scenarios and networking modes. Under the condition of flattening management mode, the fusion of multi-data sources and communication network design of distribution communication network are realized, and flat management mode of distribution communication network management and operation-maintenance mode optimization are implemented. The simulation results show that the method can be used to manage the distribution communication network and construct the operation and maintenance mode, which improves the fusion management ability of intelligent monitoring, fault analysis and visual location of the distribution communication network.
