方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎患者护理人文关怀实践研究

Research on application effect of humanistic care for novel coronavirus pneumonia patients in cabin hospital

目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中方舱医院护理人文关怀的应用效果。方法营造方舱医院人文关怀环境、进行护士人文关怀能力培训、实施护理人文关怀,比较方舱医院护理人文关怀实施前后护士人文关怀能力及方舱医院新型冠状病毒肺炎住院患者的认可度。结果方舱医院护理人文关怀实施后护士人文关怀能力以及认知、勇气和耐心维度得分均明显高于实施前(P<0.01或P<0.05),新型冠状病毒肺炎患者对方舱医院护理人文关怀认可度高。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控中方舱医院的护理人文关怀提升了护士人文关怀能力及新型冠状病毒肺炎患者认可度,促进了医护患关系及社会和谐。

Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care in the nursing of new coronavirus pneumonia patients in mobile cabin hospital.Methods Creating humanistic care environment in mobile cabins,training nurses on humanistic care,and implementing humane nursing in the hospital,then compared nurses'humanistic care ability and patient recognition before and after the implementation.Results After the implementation of humanistic care,nurses'cognition and ability of humanistic care,as well as the scores of courage and patience of nurses are significantly higher than before(P<0.01 or P<0.05).COVID-19 patients had a high evaluation of humane nursing in the mobile cabin hospital.Conclusion The application of humanistic care in cabin hospital has improved the humanistic care ability of nurses and the recognition of patients with new coronavirus pneumonia,contributing to improving the relationship between doctors and patients and social harmony.
