1470nm激光的临床应用进展

Clinical Application of 1470nm Semiconductor Laser

随着激光医学的发展,半导体激光器目前在临床中应用广泛。新型激光1470 nm半导体激光的能量即可被血红蛋白吸收也可被水吸收,与绿激光、YAG激光、CO2激光、940 nm激光等传统激光比较,具有较强的组织吸收率、较高的切割效率和较低的能量消耗,目前在肿瘤切除、美容医学、微创手术中应用广泛。本文就波长1470 nm激光在临床各学科中的应用做一综述。

With the development of laser medicine,semiconductor laser has been widely used for clinical purposes.Compared with traditional lasers such as green laser,YAG laser,CO2 laser and 940 nm laser,new 1470 nm semiconductor laser features a higher tissue absorption rate,greater cutting efficiency and lower energy consumption.At present,1470 nm semiconductor laser has been wildly used in tumor resection,cosmetic medicine and minimally invasive surgery.In this paper,the recent advances in the researches of 1470 nm laser are reviewed to provide a better understanding of its clinical application.
