早期激光干预在预防手术后瘢痕中的临床应用进展

Advances in Early Laser Intervention to Reduce Post-Traumatic Scars

随着激光医学的发展,近年来激光在瘢痕的防治中取得了一定的效果。早期激光干预,已逐渐应用于预防手术后瘢痕形成。本文就早期(术后3个月内)激光干预手术后瘢痕形成的理论基础、激光类型的选择及其临床应用进行简要综述。

Once scars form due to surgery or trauma,treatment is very tricky.Therefore,early laser intervention to prevent or reduce scar formation has become a consensus.In recent years,with the development of laser medicine,great achievement has been made in promoting the clinical efficacy of early prevention and treatment of scars.This article briefly reviews the theoretical basis of early(within 3 months)laser prevention of scar formation due to surgery or trauma,choice of laser type and its clinical application.
