如何建设好高校班集体,使之能为培养更多有理想、有本领、有担当的大学青年提供机会与平台,成为当前高校管理建设的一大命题。本文总结分析了国内外高校班级管理的发展模式,借鉴国外发达国家在班级建设方面的先进做法,结合我国实际情况,构建高校班级管理与服务标准体系,以系统化的体系构建办法,为全面、有效建设高校班级提供新的思考与出路。

How to build a good class group in colleges, so that it can provide opportunities and platforms for the cultivation of more ideal, capable and responsible college youth, has become a major proposition in the current construction of college management. This paper summarizes and analyzes the development mode of class management in colleges at home and abroad, draws lessons from the advanced practices of foreign developed countries in class construction, combines with the actual situation of our country, constructs the standard system of class management and service in college, and provides new thinking and outlet for the comprehensive and effective construction of college classes with the systematic system construction method.
