健康管理研究的热点与演进——基于CiteSpace文献信息可视化结果的分析

Hot Topic of Research on Health Management and Its Evolution——Based on Analysis of CiteSpace Literature Information Visualization Results

研究以CNKI(中国知网)中2000—2019年健康管理研究的文献作为数据来源,利用Citespace可视化技术以及计量统计方法,从健康管理的发文趋势、热点聚类主题、热点的时区演进等方面进行了研究。结果表明:在2000—2019年期间,健康管理研究的文献数量总体呈上升的态势,并且文献数量的爆发性在增强;到目前为止健康管理的研究主要以老年人群以及慢性疾病为主,并且干预效果显著;健康管理是新时代社区卫生服务的新路径;人们对于健康管理的认知度较低,有待提高;在当前大数据时代,人群对于健康管理的需求在增加,健康管理的模式要不断创新与完善。

In this paper,the literature of health management research from 2000 to 2019 in CNKI was taken as the data source,and Citespace visualization technology and econometrics method were used to study the publishing trend of health management,hot topic clustering,time zone evolution of hot topic and other aspects.The results showed that:during the period from 2000 to 2019,the number of literature on health management research was on the rise,and the number of literature was explosive;so far,the studies on health management mainly focus on elderly people and chronic diseases,with significant intervention effects;health management is a new path of community health service in the new era;people s awareness of health management knowledge is low and needs to be improved;in the current era of big data,people s demand for health management is increasing,and the model of health management should be constantly innovated and improved.
