摘要
汽车发动机用发电机由2个主要核心部件组成,分别是调节器和整流桥。在发电机开始工作时,整流桥起到交流电变直流的作用,为发电机输出符合要求的电流参数提供有力保障。整流桥的功能失效会直接导致发电机输出直流功能失效。本文对汽车发电机用整流桥的常见失效模式进行总结,并针对具体失效模式进行了专业的研究论述。
A generator for automobile engine is composed of two main core parts:regulator and rectifier bridge.When the generator starts to work,the rectifier bridge plays the role of alternating current to direct current,providing a strong guarantee for the generator output current parameters that meet the requirements.The function failure of the rectifier bridge will directly lead to the failure of the output DC function of the generator.In this paper,the common failure modes of the rectifier bridge used in automobile generator are summarized,and the specific failure modes are discussed.
