摘要
随着互联网及大数据的飞速发展,信息化与医疗器械的产业跨界融合发展越来越明显,医疗器械产业发展面临前所未有的发展机遇。本研究从复杂产品系统理论研究视角出发,通过案例分析,从技术创新、人才、市场需求、中试平台构建、配套政策、技术成熟度及创新产品等层面侧重研究了医疗器械产业创新的三种模式。研究认为,对于具有复杂产品特质的医疗器械产业发展而言,原始创新模式的难度较大,需要较为完备的市场规则、审批以及各类政策配套才能实现,目前政策对该种模式支持力度较大;仿创结合+关键技术或部件突破这种创新模式目前较为普遍,难度相对小,较易实现技术突破和市场价值,政策方面也应对此有所关注;复杂产品特质较少的医疗器械产品多会采用产品代理+技术本土化改进的创新模式,该模式创新少,比较适合特定的医疗器械领域。
With the development of the internet and the huge data technology,the trend of the informatization and medical machine's cross-zone integration and development obviously appears.As a result,medical machine industry's development is faced with the chance for the first time.This analysis studies from the"complicated production system theory"perspective,taking the method of case analysis,fatherly concentrative analyzing specific factors such as technological innovation,talent,market necessity,pilot scale platform structure,relevant policies,technological maturity,and the production innovation,to discover the three patterns of medical machine industry innovation.Through the analysis above,the group obtains the view that for the"complicated production system"medical machine industry,original innovation is crucially challenging.And,what should be highlighted is,achieving medical machine industry development needs cooperation of completed market regulation,examination and approval procedure,and relevant policy.Furthermore,the group also detects that combination of imitation and creation plus key-technology can break through the traditional innovation model.This kind of way just mentioned in the last sentence help more easily to earn technological breakthrough and market value compared with other ways.At the same time,it calls for the policy support.What is more,the group finds that for the"lesscomplicated"medical machine,the innovation pattern usually adopts production agency plus technologicallocalization.This type of pattern lacks innovation when being compared with the pattern above,also,more suits for distinguishing medical machine areas.
