半挂牵引车燃油经济性优化与试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章利用Cruise对6×4半挂牵引车进行动力总成匹配分析,根据仿真结果确定了C-WTVC循环工况综合油耗最低的动力总成配置;将多组低滚阻轮胎进行道路滑行对比试验,利用最小二乘法拟合出各组轮胎的行驶阻力曲线,选出滚动阻力系数最低的轮胎;最后对实车进行油耗试验。试验结果表明,配置低滚阻轮胎的整车燃油经济性相比于基础车型提升明显,该文所提优化方案有效可行。 The matching analysis of powertrain of 6×4 semi-trailer tractor was carried out by Cruise.According to simulation results,power assembly configuration of the lowest integrated fuel consumption under C-WTVC driving cycle was determined.Vehicle coast-down test of several groups of low rolling resistance tires was carried out,the least square method was used to fit driving resistance curve of each group of tires,and the tire with the lowest rolling resistance coefficient was selected.Finally,the optimized real vehicle was tested.Experimental results show that the fuel economy performance of the vehicle with low rolling resistance tire is better than that of the original vehicle,and the optimization scheme is effective and feasible.
