大数据背景下合肥市餐饮业特征分析

Big-Data-Based Feature Analysis of the Catering Industry in the Hefei City

结合空间分析和文本分析,对合肥市餐饮业进行显性和隐性问题的挖掘和归纳,运用定性定量分析相结合的方法构建出合肥市餐饮业的整体特征.研究发现:理性视角下,合肥市餐饮业空间分布呈“双核多环星罗式”,且依托城市主干道呈“环状”布局,市中心聚集趋势,“带状式”周边延伸;感性视角下,顾客的餐饮消费感知模式单一,关注要素较为集中且有广泛的交集区域;对合肥市餐饮业的形象感知良好,总体商户口碑等级结构呈“两头小中间大”,且有73%以上的积极情感.形成这些特征的主要原因在于主客体的空间集聚效应和支撑要素的影响,区域的饮食习惯和顾客感知要素的差异.

By means of spacial and textual analysis,the visible and invisible problems connected with the catering industry in Hefei were dug into and sorted.And both qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted so as to construct the overall characteristics of the catering industry of Hefei.It is found that(1)from the rational perspective,the spatial distribution of the catering industry is characterized by a mode of“two cores with multiple rings of scattered stars”,with the distribution of laying out along the city avenues in shape of circular rings and a trend concentrating towards the city centre and radiating in strips;(2)from the perceptual perspective,the customers have a rather unitary perceptive mode of consumption with the elements of attention being relatively concentrated and extensively intersected;the image perception of the catering industry in Hefei is rather satisfying,the overall ranking structure of catering reputation being large in the middle and small in both ends with a positive attitude of 73%.The leading cause to such a distribution lies in the spatial clustering effect,impacts of the supporting elements,the regional eating habits and the differences of customer perception elements.
