摘要
工业排放气是工业生产过程中的副产物,排放总量大、污染重、有用组分资源利用前景广阔。文中对我国主要工业排放气的年排放量与有用组分量、净化过程、资源化利用产品的工程开发进行了阐述,展现了工业排放气资源化的最新技术成果,并提出了高效资源化与能源化相结合的发展思路,为解决工业排放气的回收利用、污染控制、节能减排和提能增效指明了发展方向。
Industrial vent gas is a by-product of the industrial production process. It has the characteristics of large total emissions and heavy pollution, and the utilization of its valuable components is promising. The annual volumes and their valuable components of significant industrial vent gases in China were introduced, including their purification processes and engineering development of resource-utilized products. The latest achievements of technologies for utilizing industrial vent gases as resource were presented, and the development idea of high-efficiency utilization of industrial vent gases as resource and energy was put forward to solve the problems of industrial vent gas recycling, pollution control, energy conservation and efficiency enhancement.
