摘要
本文简述了全寿命周期费用分析(life cycle cost analysis,LCCA)在道路工程中的应用,对LCCA的国内外发展现状进行整理和评述,针对其存在的不足,较为全面分析路面LCCA的分析流程、组成因素、计算模型、计算结果的准确性。结合我国发展现状,较为完整总结当前养护和使用成本,并对研究较少、重要的安全成本和环境成本给出建议。为实现经济、环境的统一性,提出将LCCA与LCIA结合。
This paper briefly describes the application of life cycle cost analysis(life cycle cost analysis,LCCA)in road engineering.It introduces the development status of LCCA at home and abroad.In view of its shortcomings,a more comprehensive analysis of the analysis process incorporated pavement LCCA,composition factors,calculation model,the accuracy of calculation results are presented.On account of the current development situation of our country,this paper completely summarizes the current maintenance and use cost,and gives some suggestions on the less research and important safety cost and environmental cost.In order to realize the unity of economy and environment,it is proposed to combine LCCA with LCIA.
