摘要
推进绿色交通的发展对社会、经济、生态的可持续具有十分重要的意义。本文基于SWOT分析法对西宁市绿色交通运输发展的现状和战略环境进行了分析,制定了适合西宁市的绿色交通发展战略框架,提出了"综合交通发展战略、交通需求管理战略、公交优先发展战略、能源结构优化战略、绿色交通科技创新战略、生态污染防治战略、资源节约与高效利用战略、绿色交通管理能力战略"等八大绿色交通发展的战略重点,这对西宁市绿色交通的发展以及相关政策的制定有一定的借鉴和指导作用。
Promoting the development of green transportation is of great significance to the social,economic and ecological sustainability.Based on the SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the current situation and strategic environment of green transportation development in Xining City,and formulates a strategic framework for green transportation development in Xining City,and puts forward comprehensive transportation development strategy,traffic demand management strategy,and bus priority development.Strategy,energy structure optimization strategy,green transportation technology innovation strategy,ecological pollution prevention strategy,resource conservation and efficient utilization strategy,green traffic management capability strategy,etc.The strategic focus of the eight green transportation development,which is the development of green transportation in Xining and related Policy formulation has certain reference and guidance.
