工科大学生法治教育初探

A Preliminary Study on Rule of"Law Education for Engineering College Students

法治教育是全面依法治国的应有之义,法治教育要深入到社会各个领域,加强工科大学生法治教育具有重大意义。基于思想政治教育过程,从教育主体、教育客体、教育介体、教育环体四个维度对当前工科大学生法治教育存在问题进行分析,提出加强校方建设、引导学生认知、改进教育方法、营造法治环境等对策。

Rule of law education is an indispensable part of advancing the law-based governance,which need to be penetrated into all fields,thus it has great significance for strengthening it at engineering college students.Based on the process of ideological and political education,problems existing in the rule of law education for engineering students will be analyzed from four dimensions,that is education subject,education object,education medium and education environment.countermeasures,such as strengthening school construction,guiding students'cognition,improving educational methods and building legal environment will be presented.
