摘要
运用问卷和访谈法对甘肃L市C县63位农村转岗幼儿教师的职业认同进行了调查,结果发现教师职业认同水平总体较高,但在具体方面仍存有一些不可忽视的问题。为提高转岗幼儿教师的职业认同,应从提高转岗教师社会认可、完善准入制度、精准培训、转变角色定位入手。
Questionnaire and interview method were used to investigate the professional identity of 63 rural convert-position teachers in C County, Gansu Province. The results showed that the professional identity of teachers is generally higher, but there are still some problems that cannot be ignored in specific aspects. In order to improve the professional identity of convert-position teachers, we should start from improving the social recognition of convert-position teachers, improving the access system, precision training, and changing the role orientation.
