摘要
制造业是实体经济的主体,是创新的主战场,是推动经济高质量发展的重点和关键。本文构建CDM协同创新系统模型,基于中国制造业企业微观数据,考察技术创新与非技术创新的关联传导与交互作用,进而总结企业创新推动高质量发展的路径。研究发现,中国制造业企业创新的资源驱动特征比较明显,不同类型创新具有替代性和互补性,企业创新方式选择趋于多元,技术创新与非技术创新的协同发展形成创新驱动的支持体系。其中,高技术行业主要依靠技术创新,而其他行业创新选择相对多元化;东部地区协同创新系统发展更加成熟,中西部地区仍以技术创新为主导方向;国内企业主要依靠技术创新和市场创新,而外资企业更加注重组织创新;大型企业创新发展比较均衡,而中小型企业主要以传统的技术创新与市场营销创新为主,以迅速提升市场占有率,促进企业发展壮大。
Manufacturing is the main body of real economy, the main battlefield of innovation, and the key to promoting high-quality economic development. Based on the microdata of China’s manufacturing enterprises, this paper constructedthe CDM Model of collaborative innovation system, observed the related conduction and interaction between technological innovation and non-technological innovation, and summarized the path to promoting high-quality development by enterprise innovation.The study found that China’s manufacturing enterprises’ innovation has evident resource-driven characteristic.Different types of innovation can be substituted for and complementary to each other. The selection of innovative approaches for enterprises tends to be diversified. The collaborative development of technological innovation and non-technological innovation have formed an innovation-driven support system. Among China’sindstries, high technology industries mainly rely on technological innovation, while other industries are relatively diversified in their innovative selection.The eastern regions of our country has developed its collaborative innovation system in a more mature way, while the central and western regions take technological innovation as the leading direction. Our domestic enterprises mainly rely on technological innovation and market innovation, while foreign enterprises pay more attention to organizational innovation.The innovation and development of large enterprises are relatively balanced, while the small and medium-sized enterprises are mainly based on traditional technological innovation and marketing innovation, so as to increase their market share, and promote their development.
