石油化工静设备应力腐蚀开裂成因与防护措施 被引量:6

摘要 近年来,炼油化工装置腐蚀问题越来越突出,使得原油泄漏事故呈明显上升的态势,这对石油炼化装置安全以及设备的长期运行造成了巨大的威胁。在行业领域,个别企业甚至多次发生由于管线与装置遭到腐蚀而引发的大火事故,即使大部分事故能够在第一时间内妥善处理,但这依然对安全生产造成了巨大的挑战。在石油工业领域,每年因腐蚀破坏而造成的经济损失数额巨大,为了更好地保护人身安全及财产安全,本文从分析应力腐蚀的危害和机理入手,着重介绍了石油化工静设备中应力腐蚀开裂的成因与防护措施。
