大学生就业取向与家庭经济背景的相关性研究——基于西安高校的调查分析

Research on the Correlation Between College Students’Employment Orientation and Family Economic Background——Based on the Investigation and Analysis of Xi’an Universities

以西安市高校405名的大学生为研究对象,对其就业价值取向与家庭经济背景进行问卷调查,从量表总体看,5组不同家庭经济背景下的大学生在薪资水平、职业前景、工作福利、就业前景、距家远近、区域经济发展水平、社会经验7个维度上职业价值存在显著差异.贫困和一般家庭经济背景的大学生在月薪、距家远近、区域发展水平上无显著差异,而中等、较富裕、富裕家庭的大学生在其上有显著性差异,家庭经济条件较好的大学生更重视月薪、距家远近、区域经济发展水平.反之,家庭经济不太好的大学生,反而对其三者期望不大.

Taking 405 college students in Xi'an as the research object,a questionnaire survey on their employment value orientation and family economic background is conducted in this paper.From the overall perspective of the scale,there are significant differences among the five groups of college students in seven dimensions:salary level,career prospect,work welfare,employment prospect,distance from home,regional economic development level and social experience.There is no significant difference in monthly salary,distance from home and regional development level between poor and general family economic background college students,while there is significant difference among middle,richer and rich family college students.College students with better family economic conditions pay more attention to monthly salary,distance from home and regional economic development level.On the contrary,college students with poor family economy have little expectation of the three.
