摘要
笔者主要研究脱壳油桐籽压榨的应力-应变关系。通过侧限油桐籽压榨实验来研究油桐籽在压榨过程的应力-应变关系,并探索加载速率对应力-应变关系的影响,最后用川北方程建模不同压榨速率下的应力-应变关系。结果显示加载速率对压榨过程中的应力-应变关系有显著影响;油桐籽在压榨过程的应力-应变关系所得的公式能够较好拟合真实的实验结果。
The stress-strain relationship of tung oil seeds in the lateral pressing process was studied experimentally.The stress-strain relationship of tung oilseed seed during the pressing process was studied by confined tung oil seed pressing experiment,and the effect of loading rate on the stress-strain relationship was explored.Finally,the Kawakita’s equation was used to model the stress-strain relationship under different pressing rates.The results show that the loading rate has a significant effect on the stress-strain relationship during the pressing process;the formula obtained from the stress-strain relationship of the oil tung seed during the pressing process can better fit the actual experimental results.
