摘要
本文研究了剑麻纤维的掺入量和纤维长度对水泥砂浆抗折、抗压、湿密度和稠度的影响。试验结果表明:剑麻纤维长度为3 cm,剑麻纤维掺入量为1%时,剑麻纤维水泥砂浆的抗压强度效果最好。剑麻纤维长度为3 cm,剑麻纤维掺入量为0.5%时,剑麻纤维水泥砂浆抗折强度表现的最好。当剑麻纤维的长度逐渐增大,掺入量增多时,剑麻纤维水泥砂浆的稠度和湿密度呈下降趋势。
In this paper,the effects of sisal fiber blending and fiber length on the flexural,compressive,wet density and consistency of cement mortar were studied.The test results show that the sisal fiber cement mortar has the best compressive strength when the length of sisal fiber is 3cm and the amount of sisal fiber is 1%.When the length of sisal fiber is 3cm and the amount of sisal fiber is 0.5%,the flexural strength of sisal fiber cement mortar is the best.When the length of sisal fiber is gradually increased and the amount of incorporation is increased,the consistency and wet density of sisal fiber cement mortar tend to decrease.
