摘要
通过对工程管理专业课程体系与岗位需求能力之间的关联进行分析,以核心能力培养为目标,提出并构建了以施工项目管理、工程造价管理及招投标与合同管理专业能力的模块化教学体系。从工程管理专业核心能力体系构建、模块化课程教学方法改革与专业岗位需求能力实现三方面进行研究,为解决工程管理专业理论教学与实践教学关联不足、专业核心竞争力较弱、就业形势严峻等专业现状提供一种有效的模块化教学体系,提高了工程管理人才供给质量。
Through the analysis of the relationship between the existing specialty curriculum system and professional ability,the core competencies modular teaching systems of construction engineering management specialty was established focusing on the training of core competencies,in which the core competencies are construction project management,construction cost management and bidding and contract management.This paper studies the curriculum system reconstruction,teaching method reform and module professional competence.It provides an effective teaching system for solving the insufficient correlation between theory teaching and practice teaching,the relatively weak core competitiveness and the severe employment situation of construction engineering management specialty.More importantly,referenced professional training mode are provided for improving the supply quality of construction engineering management talents.
