基于尺寸效应的互锁型软波导塑性扣接过程研究

摘要 为解决某互锁型软波导在塑性扣接过程中出现的连接破损导致产品报废的问题,在排除其他因素的情况下,研究软波导在成形过程中波导材料的尺寸效应对变形过程的影响。依靠H70黄铜材料的拉伸试验数据,获得了不同尺寸效应系数对屈服强度和切线模量的影响,修正了双线性弹塑性本构关系,建立了能够反映尺寸效应的弹塑性本构模型。通过有限元数值方法实现了塑性扣接过程的模拟,证实了材料尺寸效应系数对扣接加工效果的影响。最后通过试验验证了扣接效果,解决了扣接破损的问题,证明了依据尺寸效应系数进行材料的选择和制备的必要性。 In order to solve the product scrap problem caused by the connection broken of a certain type of interlock-type soft waveguide in the plastic locking process,in the case of other factors were excluded,the influence of size effects of waveguide material on the deformation process in the forming process of soft waveguide was studied.Based on the tensile test data of H70 brass material,the influences of different size effect coefficients on yield strength and tangent modulus were obtained,and the bilinear elastic-plastic constitutive relation was modified.The elastic-plastic constitutive model which can reflect the size effects was established.Finite element numerical method was used to simulate the plastic locking process.The effect of material size effect coefficient on the locking process was confirmed.Finally,according to the experiment,the effect of locking is verified,and the problem of locking damage is solved.The results show that it is necessary to select and prepare materials according to the size effect coefficient.
