摘要
为实现在实车上安装检测,需采用3D打印技术,并使用工程塑料等轻量化材料代替传统铝合金材料来制备尾灯检测模块。采用不同的3D打印的方法制作出ABS塑料和光敏树脂材料的尾灯模块,并以表面质量、外观颜色、尺寸精度3个方面作为指标,进行了对照实验,确定了表面粗糙度低、颜色接近铝合金、尺寸精度高的尾灯模块用料及工艺。结果显示,采用SLA方法打印的光敏树脂模块比采用FDM方法打印的ABS塑料模块的表面光洁度更好,采用表面喷漆工艺比原材料直接调色制备的模块外观更接近铝合金,均匀的网格加强筋结构比实心填充加强结构更有利于控制制件的尺寸精度。
In order to installation and testing in the actual car,it is necessary to use lightweight materials such as engineering plastics instead of aluminum alloy to make tail lamp module based on 3 D printing technology. The tail lamp module with ABS plastics and photosensitive resin materials were produced by different 3 D printing motheds. Taking surface quality,appearance color and dimensional accuracy as mdicators,the control experiment was conducted. The materials and processes of tail lamp module with low surface roughness,color closed to aluminum alloy and high dimensional accuracy were determined. The results show that the gloss of photosensitive resin module printed by SLA method is higher than ABS plastic module printed by FDM mothod. The color of module made by surface painting process is closer to aluminum alloy than color mixing in raw material. And the uniform grid stiffener structure is more conducive to control the dimensional accuracy of parts than the solid filling structure.
