摘要
既有包神铁路响沙湾隧道(K44+748.4~K45+602.4)存在衬砌裂损、衬砌超限、衬砌渗漏水、基底下沉及衬砌空洞等病害,通过采用裂缝处理、拱墙接缝处理(刹尖口)、劣化混凝土置换、W型钢带加固处理、钢拱架嵌套加固处理、衬砌不密实注浆处理等措施进行病害整治,同时,加强整治期间的监控量测,彻底根除隧道病害,消除隐患,提高了隧道结构稳定性和可靠性,保证了既有线的运营行车安全。通过该工程实例隧道病害整治的技术研究论证,为后续(同类)既有线隧道维护及整治积累了经验。
In Xiangshawan tunnel of Baoshen railway(K44+748.4~K45+602.4) existing line, there exists diseases such as lining crack damage, transfinite lining, basement subsidence and lining cavity. Through the use of crack treatment, arch wall joint treatment(the tip),deterioration of concrete replacement, W steel belt reinforcement treatment, steel arch nested reinforcement treatment, lining uncompacted grouting treatment and other measures for disease control, at the same time, the monitoring and measurement during the renovation period are strengthened, which completely eradicated tunnel diseases, eliminated hidden dangers, improved the stability and reliability of tunnel structure,and ensured the operation and traffic safety of existing lines. Through the technical research and demonstration of the tunnel disease control in this project, the experience for the follow-up(similar) existing line tunnel maintenance and control has been accumulated.
