摘要
介绍了弧形闸门液压启闭机电气液压控制系统组成,基于液压启闭机在升降过程中双缸运动不同步问题,分析了双缸运动不同步的原因,提出了一种全新的双缸同步运动控制算法,使液压启闭机运动更加安全同步。
This paper introduces the composition of the electro-hydraulic control system of the arch gate hydraulic hoist and its closure. Based on the problem that the hydraulic hoist does not synchronize the movement of the two cylinders in the process of lifting, this paper analyzes the cause of the non-synchronization of the movement of the two cylinders, and puts forward a new control algorithm of the synchronous movement of the two cylinders, which makes the hydraulic hoist move more safely and synchronously.
