Some Suggestions on Technical Management of Prefabricated Building Construction

装配式建筑主要是由预制构件通过各种可靠的连接方式形成,是一种新型的建造模式。国内正处于起步发展阶段,目前制约装配式建筑发展的主要问题在于:技术力量薄弱、劳动力经验不足、项目管理方式落后等。论文结合工程实例,分析装配式建筑在设计阶段、构件生产及运输阶段以及现场施工阶段的管理要点,给相关工程提供参考。

Prefabricated building is a new construction mode, which is mainly formed by prefabricated parts through various reliable connection ways. At present, the main problems restricting the development of prefabricated building are: weak technical force, lack of labor experience and backward project management. Combined with engineering examples, this paper analyzes the key points of management in the design stage, component production and transportation stage and site construction stage of prefab building, and provides references for related projects.
