公路工程设计施工总承包模式与传统施工承包模式在合同管理、运作以及合同责任方面都存在很大的差异性,承包中存在的风险更大。论文主要对公路工程设计施工总承包模式的风险划分进行分析,并提出相应的风险防控策略。

The general contracting mode of highway engineering design and construction is different from the traditional construction contracting mode in contract management, operation and contract responsibility, and the risk of contracting is greater. This paper mainly analyzes the risk division of the general contracting mode of highway engineering design and construction, and puts forward the corresponding risk prevention and control strategy.
