中国油气管道技术现状与发展趋势分析 被引量:27

摘要 结合中国油气管道技术的科技发展战略,总结了油气管道技术现状和发展方向。工程设计施工方面,中国已掌握了基于应变和基于可靠性的管道设计技术,开发了高钢级管道焊接、机械化补口、非开挖穿越等技术及装备,今后的科技攻关方向是管道建设智能化和安全高效化;材料与装备技术方面,X 80、X 90/X 100等高钢级管材开发与应用技术已走在世界前列,管道关键装备国产化已取得突破性进展,未来的技术攻关方向是提升管道设备智能化水平;油气管道输送工艺方面,易凝高黏原油管道输送技术达到国际领先水平,但成品油顺序输送、仿真优化等技术与国外存在一定差距;油气管道运行维护技术方面,管道完整性管理、安全监测、腐蚀防护等关键技术基本与国外同步,未来将继续推动管网系统可靠性技术工程应用。分析结果表明,中国油气管道的部分关键技术已居世界前列,今后需要在智慧管网建设和运行等方向重点攻关部署。 Combined with the development strategy of oil and gas pipeline technology in China,the current situation and development trend of oil and gas pipeline technology are summarized.In terms of engineering design and construction,China has mastered the pipeline design technology based on strain and reliability,and developed high-grade pipeline welding,mechanical patching,trenchless crossing technology and equipment.In the field of materials and equipment technology,X 80,X 90/X 100 and other high-grade steel pipe development and application technologies have taken the lead in the world.At the same time,a breakthrough has been made in the localization of key pipeline equipment,and the future technical research direction is to improve the intelligence level of pipeline equipment;in the pipeline transportation technology,the pipeline transportation technology of highly condensable and viscous crude oil has reached the international leading level,but there is certain gap between the technology of sequential transportation and simulation optimization of refined oil products and that of operation and maintenance,such key technologies as pipeline integrity management,safety monitoring and corrosion protection are basically synchronized with that of foreign countries.In the future,we will continue to promote the application of pipeline system reliability technology.The resutls are that partial key technologies of oil&gas pipeline in China take the leading role worldwide and further efforts shall be made for the construction and operation of intelligent pipe network.
