摘要
冷剂压缩机驱动机的选择是天然气液化装置面临的首要关键问题。从天然气液化装置冷剂压缩机的特点入手,介绍冷剂压缩机驱动机的特殊性,分析燃气轮机、蒸汽轮机、电机作为冷剂压缩机驱动机的主要特点及国内外现状,重点对燃气轮机选择中需要注意的环境条件、安装条件等影响输出功率的因素进行分析,提出解决方案。在以上分析的基础上,提出了驱动机选择的一般原则、比较方法与考虑因素,分析对比了各类驱动方式的优势与劣势,并对适应性进行比较,同时提出了燃气轮机+电机等联合驱动的方式,以便应对单一方案选择的局限性。
The selection of refrigerant compressor driver is a priority issue for natural gas liquefaction plant.This article starts with the characteristics of refrigerant compressors for liquefied natural gas installations,introduces the particularity of refrigerant compressor drivers,analyzes the main characteristics of gas turbines,steam turbines,and electric motors as refrigerant compressor drivers,as well as domestic and foreign status.The focus is on the factors that affect the output power,such as the environmental conditions and installation conditions that need attention in the selection of gas turbines,and a solution is given.Based on the above analysis,the general principles of driver selection,comparison methods and considerations are proposed,and the advantages and disadvantages of various types of driving methods are analyzed and compared,and the adaptability is compared.Various ways of joint driving such as gas turbine with moto are also proposed to address the limitations of a single option.
