摘要 为了提高随钻堵漏工具的防漏堵漏性能,利用基于计算流体动力学理论建立的随钻堵漏工具旋流喷嘴的数值计算模型,研究了旋流喷嘴结构参数对随钻堵漏工具性能的影响。叶片导程和出口直径过大会导致旋转射流的速度较低;叶片数越多,叶轮的导流能力越强,旋转射流喷射的封堵面积也更大。研究结果表明,叶片导程、叶片数和喷嘴出口直径对旋流喷嘴性能有较大的影响。优选旋流喷嘴的相关参数对随钻堵漏工具防漏补漏性能的提升至关重要,为随钻堵漏工具优化设计提供一定的理论依据。 In order to improve the leakage prevention and leakage performance of the plugging tool while drilling,the numerical calculation model of the swirling nozzle of the plugging tool while drilling based on the computational fluid dynamics theory is used to study the influence of nozzle structural parameters on the performance of the plugging tool while drilling.The results show that the impeller lead,the number of blades and the diameter of the nozzle outlet have a great influence on the performance of the swirling nozzle.The larger the impeler lead and outlet diameter,the lower the velocity of the rotating flow.The more the number of blades,the stronger the impeller s conductivity,and the larger the sealing area of the rotating flow.It is preferred that the relevant parameters of the swirling nozzle are critical to the improvement of the leakage prevention performance of the plugging tool while drilling,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the plugging tool while drilling.
