摘要
压裂返排液具有盐度高、COD高、TDS高和毒性强等特点,是一种难以被生物降解的工业废水。针对该类废水的特点,采用三维电催化氧化装置,研究了水力停留时间、进水pH、填料中氧化剂浓度及曝气量对COD、氨氮和总硬度的去除效果。由实验数据可知,当装置的水力停留时间介于1~3 h,进水水质呈弱酸性,填料中氧化剂浓度不超过300 mg/L,曝气量控制在0.5~3 L/min的范围内,COD、氨氮浓度及总硬度分别下降至211、153.23和230 mg/L。结果表明,三维电催化氧化装置能够有效处理压裂返排液,为压裂返排液高效处理技术的工程化应用提供参考。
Fracturing fluid is characterized by high salinity,high COD,high TDS and strong toxicity.It is a kind of industrial wastewater that is difficult to biodegrade.For the characteristics of this type of wastewater,the three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation device is used to study the effect of hydraulic retention time,initial pH,oxidant concentration and aeration on the removal of COD and ammonia nitrogen and total hardness.It can be seen from the experimental data that when the hydraulic retention time of the device is among 1 and 3 h,the influent water quality is weakly acidic,the oxidant concentration in the filler does not exceed 300 mg/L,and the aeration amount is in the range of 0.5 to 3 L/min,the concentrations of COD and ammonia nitrogen,total hardness were reduced to 211,153.23 and 230 mg/L.The results show that the three-dimensional electrocatalytic oxidation device can treat the fracturing fluid effectively,which provides reference for the engineering application of the effective treatment technology of fracturing fluid.
