摘要
涪陵页岩气水平井产能试井测试数据主要采用孔板流量计计量,节流上游温度和压裂液流量的数据质量相对较低或部分缺失,给精确计算气井节流临界流量带来了一定的难度。为解决页岩气分段压裂水平井试采期间不同节流嘴尺寸、不同压裂液返排量条件下的临界流量计算问题,建立适合于页岩气分段压裂水平井气-液两相节流临界流计算方法,对于研究返排液对产能评价的影响具有重要的现实意义。
The productivity test data of Fuling shale gas horizontal wells are mainly measured by orifice flowmeter.The data quality of temperature and fracturing fluid flow in the upstream throttling is relatively low or partially missing,which brings certain difficulty to accurately calculate the critical throttling flow of gas wells.In order to solve the critical flow calculation problem under the condition of different flow nozzle sizes and different fracturing fluid return rate during the test production of horizontal wells in shale gas staged fracturing,a method suitable for the calculation of critical flow of gas-liquid two-phase throttling in horizontal wells in shale gas staged fracturing is established,which is of great practical significance for studying the influence of flowback fluid on productivity evaluation.
