摘要
涪陵页岩气田大部分气井已进入低压开采阶段,采取间歇生产模式,采气时率低。从“储层特征、人员管理、测试与设备、采气工艺”四方面着手,采用灰色关联方法对“气井产气能力低”多影响因素相对重要性进行了研究,发现间歇生产日均产气量与采气时率的关联度最高,其次为增压开采日均产气量。分析气井间歇生产和增压开采特征,优化间歇生产及增压开采制度,气井产量贡献率上升。
Most of the gas wells in Fuling Shale Gasfield have entered the stage of low-pressure production.Adoption of intermittent production mode leads to low recovery rate.Starting from the four aspects of reservoir characteristics,personnel management,test and equipment and gas production process,this paper studies the relative importance of the influence of many factors on the gas well's low gas production capacity by using grey correlation method and finds that the correlation between the daily gas production in intermittent production mode and the recovery time rate is the highest,followed by the daily gas production in pressurized production mode.The contribution rate of gas well production is increased by analyzing the characteristics of intermittent production and pressurized production and optimizing the intermittent production and pressurized production system.
