CO2干法压裂工艺在江汉油田盐间页岩油的应用

摘要 江汉油田某区块盐间页岩油储层存在强水敏性,压裂过程中易造成盐层不稳定及生产过程中盐堵现象,需要考虑无水压裂工艺。二氧化碳干法压裂工艺采用纯液态二氧化碳代替传统的瓜尔胶等水基压裂液体系,可实现增产改造全过程无水相。将二氧化碳干法压裂工艺应用于王XX井,解决了水基压裂液体系在盐间页岩油层压裂中存在的问题。 The inter-salt shale oil reservoir in a block of Jianghan Oilfield is highly sensitive to water,and it is easy to cause the instability of salt bed and the salt plugging in the production process,so the water-free fracturing process should be considered.CO2 dry fracturing process uses pure liquid carbon dioxide to replace the traditional water-based fracturing fluid system such as guar gum,which can realize the whole process of capacity increasing revamp without water phase.CO2 dry fracturing process is applied to Wang XX Well to solve the problems of the water-based fracturing fluids in inter-salt shale reservoirs fracturing.
