为了全面落实新时代国有企业基层组织党建工作,企业党建工作应以习近平总书记关于基层党建思想为指南,结合国有企业和基层党组织特点,发挥企业党支部是基层工作的主心骨作用,发挥好党员的先锋模范带头作用,发挥企业基层党组织的政治功能核心作用,发挥党员自身规范和以身作则的作用以及发挥党员在班子中一面旗帜的作用。

In order to fully implement the grass-roots Party building work in state-owned enterprises(SOEs)in the new era,one needs to Play the backbone role of the enterprise's Party branch in grassroots work,give full play to the pioneering and exemplary role of the Party members and to the core political functions of grassroots Party organizations in enterprises and give play to the role of Party members in their own norms and as a banner in the team by taking CPC general secretary XiJinping's thoughts on grassroots Party building as the guide and combining the characteristics of state-owned enterprises and grass-roots Party organizations.
