基层纪检委员队伍建设的实践与思考

基层纪检委员是党的纪检干部队伍的组成部分,因多为兼职,且流动较快,工作中还存在着身份意识不强、职责定位不清、能力素质不适应等问题。要进一步加强基层纪检委员队伍建设,就要通过强化责任担当、提升能力素质、搭建履责平台、提供履职保障等措施,推动纪检委员有效履职,充分发挥其监督执纪作用。

The grassroots discipline inspection committee members are an integral part of the Party's discipline inspection cadre team.Because most of them take this job part-time and have larger mobility,there are still problems in the work,such as weak identity consciousness,unclear responsibility,the ability and quality that is not adaptive to the work,the work environment that is to be optimized and so on.In order to further strengthen the team construction of grassroots discipline inspection committee members,it is necessary to take some measures including enhancing their responsibility,promoting their ability and quality,building a platform for them to perform their duties and providing job security to promote them to perform their duties effectively and give full play to their role of supervision and discipline enforcement.
