摘要
为提升石油工程企业低效项目的创效潜力,井下测试公司创新管理方式,采用承包经营形式,从找准实施承包经营的项目、精选承包团队、科学配置承包单位、制定激励政策等方面进行积极探索,收到一定的效果。
In order to improve the efficiency potential of inefficient projects in petroleum engineering enterprises,Downhole Testing Company innovates the management method and adopts the form of contract operation.Active exploration has been carried out from the aspects of Identifying the contracted project,correctly selecting the project contracting team and scientifically allocating the contracting units and formulating incentive policies,which has achieved certain results.
