摘要
公司作为中石化江汉石油工程有限公司“三项制度”改革的试点单位,全面推进改革工作,力争一步到位实行“三能”机制,在优化组织机构、完善岗位体系,推进多样化用工、健全干部选聘机制,实行薪酬改革、改进绩效考核等方面进行了实践与思考,通过分析改革实施过程及取得的效果,为江汉石油工程深化“三项制度”改革提供一定参考。
As a pilot unit for three systems reform of Sinopec Jianghan Petroleum Engineering Co.,LTD,Shale Gas Production Technique Service Company comprehensively promotes the reform and strives to implement the three-energy mechanism in one step.It has carried on the practice and thought on such aspects as optimizing the organizational structure,improving the post system,promoting the diversified employment,improving the cadre selection and employment mechanism,implementing the salary reform and improving the performance appraisal and has analyzed the implementation process of the reform and the results obtained.All this can provide some references for deepening three systems reform of state-owned enterprises.
