海藻酸钙胶囊对钢渣沥青混凝土水稳定性的影响

摘要 沿用离子交换法和锐孔法制备了油水比1∶10的包含三种不同再生剂的海藻酸钙胶囊,并且对掺杂着三种胶囊的钢渣沥青混凝土的水稳定性进行探究.研究结果表明,与普通钢渣沥青混凝土相比,三种掺杂不同胶囊的钢渣沥青混凝土的浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂残留比均依次降低,但都满足施工规范要求;含植物葵花籽油胶囊的钢渣沥青混凝土的浸水残留稳定度和冻融劈裂残留比下降幅度最小。 Calcium alginate capsules with oil-water ratio of 1∶10 were prepared by using ion exchange method and tiny hole method,and the water stability of steel slag asphalt concrete containing three kinds of capsules was investigated.The results showed that compared with ordinary steel slag asphalt concrete,the stability of immersed residual and freeze-thaw splitting residual of three kinds of steel slag asphalt concrete mixed with different capsules decrease successively,but they all meet the requirements of the construction specifications.The stability of immersion residue and freeze-thaw splitting residue ratio of encapsulated steel slag asphalt concrete containing sunflower oil decreased the least.
