摘要 玻璃深加工自动仓储系统是玻璃深加工连线生产线的重要组成部分,自动化仓储系统保证了深加工车间订单优化、库存管理、玻璃识别功能、智能规划库存取片、补片,实现了玻璃仓储的最优资源配置,并达成整线的效率最大化。该文详细介绍了一种可用于玻璃仓储堆垛机的双向差动输送吸盘架装置,详细阐述了双向差动输送吸盘架装置的基本结构、工作原理及这种输送装置的优点和应用到玻璃深加工自动化仓储领域的优点。 The automatic storage system of glass intensive processing is an important part of glass production line.The automatic storage system ensures the order optimization,inventory management,glass identification function,intelligent planning of stock taking and adding,realizes the optimal resource allocation of glass storage,and maximizes the efficiency of the whole line.This paper introduces a kind of two-way differential conveying sucker frame device which can be used in glass storage stacker,expounds the basic structure and working principle of this two-way differential conveying sucker frame device,and discusses the advantages of this conveying device and the advantages of applying it to the automatic storage field of glass intensive processing.
