摘要
中间法兰电杆焊接可由自动化焊接设备取代人工焊接,从而达到控制产量,提高焊接品质的目的,但是由于焊接对象(法兰、钢筋)的不稳定性,盲目采用自动化焊接反而会造成虚焊、钢筋过热退火等一系列问题。在焊接过程中,通过标准器设备的辅助功能,将焊接对象标准化,并且通过工艺优化稳定焊接质量成为钢筋骨架机器人自动化焊接的关键。
Manual welding of middle flange pole can be replaced by automatic welding equipment,so as to control the output and improve the welding quality.However,due to the instability of the welding object,the blind use of automatic welding will lead to a series of problems such as faulty welding,thermal annealing of steel bars and so on.This paper discusses during welding how to standardize the welding object through the auxiliary function of the standard equipment,and how to stabilize the welding quality through the process optimization becomes the key to the automatic welding of the reinforced skeleton robot.
